I am seeking other players oppinions on how we grade our League / Non league players each year. I undersatand why we do so to even out the League but there are some very very good Non league players out there that are actually better than quite a few of our League players. Is it possible that we can also restrict some Non League players depending on their previous seasons stats in our League. This would make it fairer for the less abled players who want to enjoy a fair and even league.
