Can anyone explain to me why div3 teams must play all teams in div2?
How can a team be justified in winning the div2 title based on playing div3 teams?
Surely the reason for seperate divisions is to gain promotion through playing teams of similar quality!
Was this the norm for 2006? Was this decided at the AGM? (I must have missed it when it came up for discussion, as I thought it was going to be either 2 divs or 3, depending on numbers).
I think this is a lot of cricket being played and there are the other minor cups to be sorted out as well.
I know this gives us 1 game per week, but at what cost to the aspirations of the lesser teams?
