If I'm not mistaken is in an SI article in 1998...somewhere in the summer or fall and possibly maybe even after he hit 62 and even 70...it is a LONG article (check this website, although the link is probably dead now)...That is the article where he talks about Ali, Jay being the best McGwire athelete until he got hit in the eye with a BB gun...and if for some reason it was not SI, it espn the mag...although I'm 99% sure its SI...thanks..mc
