They are tasteless people if you ask me. In this steroid era, we don't know who done what or when, and to punish one guy, while praising others, is ignorant. McGwire will be the one they want to make an example of. Sadly, he will be the victim of their witch hunt. Keep your head up, Mark. You are the best homerun hitter I have ever seen, and only one guy I can put in your league, and that's Babe Ruth. You done nothing but help baseball, only to have the two-faced people who run this game, turn on you. What a shame for them to act this way, and they are all hypocrites in my eyes. Mark McGwire deserves to be a 1st ballot HOF'er, with no doubt! I miss Big Mac, and baseball has not been the same for me, since he retired. I miss those nights going to Busch Stadium,and seeing him put on a show in BP. My childhood hero, even still, into my adut years(30).
I am a huge McGwire fan, and always will be, but he is not going to make it into the HOF on Tuesday.
