LOL...They don't make players better? You should have just stopped at "I don't know anything about steroids". Of course they make players better. They become faster and stronger, more explosive, and recovery is sped up to allow for a higher workload. On top of that is the issue of Human Growth Hormone, which goes beyond steroids. It improves reflexes, hand-eye coordination and the strength and size increases are such that you can half-ass your way through workouts and still grow. I've seen 40+ year old bodybuilders go on it and watched their gray hair turn back to it's original color, their eyesight improve and the list goes on and on. All of this will may ANY athlete better. You mention football? What better example of a sport that is at the top of the list of benefits from steroids/hgh. Explosive strength is the name of the game in football. Why get on here and argue about something you know nothing about, just because your infatuated with McGwire?
