Just watched Cold Pizza on ESPN this morning,and Skip Bayless(one of the MOST OVERHYPED sportswriters!)said that he would NOT induct McGwire into the Hall because of steroid use,plus,he didn't think Big Mac was that great of a player.He said that McGwire ONLY had a few great years,1996-1999!!! Is he CRAZY!! 49 homers his rookie year(MOST ever by a rookie,and which he won ROY),first player in history with 30 or more homeruns their first four years,first player with 3 50 homerun seasons,first player with 70 homeruns,HIGHEST at bat/homerun ratio EVER!!,a Gold Glove,12 All-Star appearances,A World Series ring...To me that sounds like a GREAT player..PLUS,he said that he WOULD induct Bonds into the Hall because Bonds was a Hall of Famer BEFORE he started to take steroids,is he flippin out of his mind!!Why keep McGwire out because of SPECULATION(thats all it is!!, but put Bonds in(when we ALL know he used!!) Doesn't make sense to me..People down McGwire(who is half the man that Bonds WISHED he could be!),but put Bonds on a pedestal...Answer back
