I feel he was a born HR hitter...I don't think his steroid use turned him into one. Maybe a few warning track flyouts made there way to the seats because of the extra size and strength behind them, but it's not like his 583 homeruns would have been 283 without steroids.
I posted earlier about Andro. Basically what I said is that Andro is crap. It was marketed as a mild testosterone "booster", but it really didn't do that...more of a placebo effect to anyone taking it. It in no way, shape, or form can compare to even the mildest anabolic steroid. Not even close. I found it to be no better than a sugar pill. So it stands to reason that his HR binge would continue after the sessation of Andro, because the Andro wasn't the issue.
