APOH - not sure I like being called a liar. What I wrote was my experience. Anytime I saw him at Tiger Stadium as an Athletic he was surly and usually signed for no one. When he came to Comerica Park as a Cardinal it was the same scenario. Now that he is retired, he may have become more approachable per your experiences, and that is a good thing for you and anyone else! My experiences and what I have read in recent years about his lack of being scene are just that, my experiences and what I have read. Don't call me a liar pal. I am surprised Gumby allowed that comment here -
