Lots of talk about cheating.... well giving credit where it doesn't belong is right up there, don't you think? Or maybe has 0 to do with giving credit and more to do with taking credit. Check out the entry re.Mark's Foundation in Wikipedia. Correct me if I'm wrong here but Stephanie Slemer McGwire had nothing to do with the developement of this charity. Someone sure needs to do some fixing here. What was the name of the person Mark was hooked up with when he got this going? I remember reading about the film she did, etc. and ALL THAT WORK to get it off the ground. Wonder who rubbed her out of the foundation picture and memorialized Stephanie . Now there's a word for that....FRAUD. Looks like Stephanie is getting more involved with some fund raising with Mark. Maybe Stephanie is in charge of the Foundation these days. Anyone read ESPN's recent comprehensive article on the Mark McGwire Foundation "for Children". Now check out that direction and accounting!
