It's crazy that last year he only received 25%, this year I can't say anyone would have changed their minds anymore, even though the Mitchell Report only sited him for Andro, which he had already opening admitted to taking, a substance that anyone over the age of 18 could be at the time, and there was no implemented rule in the majors. I don't think he'll get the nod this year, but I do believe within the next 10 he will. If they don't let him in, then there's a busload mentioned in the Mitchell report that shouldn't make it in either. That's my take.
