He did admit to using steroids. The GNC reference he made was that they way the supplement industry is today with the FDA having no regulations over it, he could walk into any GNC and buy and over the counter product that could cause a positive test result. He wasn't saying that was what he did or all he took was an OTC supplement. He admitted to using Testosterone and Primobolone.
