Again, I think the use was so prevelant, that you have to judge the era as a whole. Either none of them get in, or they all get in (provided that have the statistical requirements).
Considering the most of the Hall worthy players before this "steroid era" are already in or simply not good enough to be in, the Hall and MLB need to make a decision on these guys, or there simply will be no one to induct from the point these guys start becoming eligible.
