Anyone who played between 1990-2003 will have the steroid cloud over their head.There is a whole list of players that have HOF numbers but playing in this time frame will hurt their chances.Your right about one thing, Either they all get in or they all Dont. Here is a list of players that i think should go in that will have the cloud over them
Mcgwire-Sosa-ManRam-Bagwell-Thomas-Thome-Arod---Rafel P- Bonds-Clemons just to name a few
