Thats a fair question. I think yes, that one would have. Interestingly though McGwire of all the steroid era HR hitters probably would have lost the least amount of HRs because most of his cleared by a good margin. But #62 probably wouldn't have gone if he was even 10% weaker. Also the one he hit off Maddux for a GS was probably a long out. Don't get me wrong, I love the guy, but I just call them like I see them.
