I dont know how popular my stand is, but Mark McGwire was one that helped save baseball in 1998. Sure the bottle of whatever was found in his locker, but it was NOT illegal. No one seemed to mind after the initial report, and it all but went away.......Until politics got involved and we all know how much they can destroy. And do we really want to believe Canseco??? So what else do we have???? Anything we can believe in. Mark should be in the hall of fame and for him to continue to be ignored is a poor payback for what all he did for baseball. I cant imagine what baseball would have been without him.
