go to a Cardinals Game when they play in some kind of area near your residence. He does sign pre game sometimes. Also try the Hotel the players stay at.
But your best shot is going to Spring Training if he does return next year,
Between Spring Training 2010 and Spring Training 2011 i got 20 autographs from him IP.
