Canadian production will be moved to lower-cost plants in Mexico, Brazil, China and Romania, Mattson said.

Annual net income will be no more than $1.64 a share, missing an earlier projection of $2.70, Crocs said. Sales will be at most $1.02 billion this year, compared with a previous forecast of $1.16 billion.
