Can the town of Mililani do something about the late night kids hanging out in the Mililani shopping center parking lot near jack n box. I live in Mililani Manor and I can't sleep at night because they make too much noise let alone the litter. I don't want to bring the police into this. Mililani is supposed to be a quite town.
