If you want to be blessed (with a car, house, etc):

a) make God your priority
b) don't consume yourself with the things of this world
b) get a job
c) be a good steward over your finances, time
d) treat your neighbor right
e) help the needy
f) read yo Bible -> pray for understanding -> apply it -> repeat

there's probably a few more...but I don't think it's that difficult to live a blessed life..
