Hello everyone,
I am so glad to find this site. I have read through the many postings here and have found it to be informative.

I serve as the head musician of the church where I attend. We have a minister of music and a choir director. I know that they clash quite often. I have my idea of what a MOM's duties are and the responsibilites of a Choir director. But would someone be so kind as to give me more insight. I would really appreciate it. Also I will use this info to share with our pastor. And, is the minister of music required to play at all rehearsals?

I have a lot of questions and I hope you all will be patient with me and help me, it is greatly appreciated.
