what doesn't constitute a genuine calling to pastor. I Timothy 3 1-6 gives a general outline of what is expected of a bishop. As a matter of fact, anyone who wants to pastor should probably read all of I & II Timothy.

I guess it comes down to motivation and how clearly a person discerns the voice of the Lord.
Just because you were able to lead a singing group or a bible study doesn't necessarily mean you are called to pastor. You have to pray and wait for the Lord to open that door.
