thanks for the response, Bill. The tires were brand new when I bought the car. The wheels were balanced and ran fine for 30 days. Then I began to notice a shimmy around 70 mph. I took the car to my local guy and he stated that 3 of the wheels needed to be rebalanced as it seemed that the car "threw off some weights". He balanced the wheels and it has run fine for about another month. But in the last few days, it has started to shimmy again. The steering wheel is steady all the time and the car does not "pull" to one side. It is the body that starts to shimmy.
