This sounds like the 65 MPH Miata Wheel Shimmy. A lot of them get it. One cause is the wheel locks that are on the wheels. I had a little, so I removed the 4 wheel locks, and installed regular Miata lug nuts. That fixed my problem. Go to www.miata.net, and do a search on Wheel Shimmy. There are LOTS of threads on it. I believe you will also find this in the Garage Section. Good Luck!
