Maita mechanic in the greater Reading area

I need a referral for a good (and reasonable) mechanic to replace my exhaust system (with something from Borla perhaps) and maybe convert my AC.

I drive a black and tan 1993 Miata with 96+K miles. The engine is the 1.6 liter. Also any recommendations on which aftermarket exhanust system to use would be appreicated. I do want to add hoursepower but not add a lot of noise.
