Does anyone have any idea if there is OBD-II scanner software and cables that you can buy to run on a standard laptop or PDA. Intuitively, you would think so, but I am having trouble locating anything like that. I just figured that it had to be less expensive, and easier to read, than the standard scan tools that you see on the market.
