Hi,have found your pubs and names,but think you had names and pubs the wrong way round.
ive only done a quick search around 1902 and a bit later,but found them both in London Directories for 1899/1902/1905/
James Frederick Stammers was not owner of Salisbury arms in 1912,but found William Henry Mills at duke of suffolk in 1912 and the ealiar ones.
Have lots of other directories to search if you want me to.
