Llanofer Arms, Pontypridd

I believe my great grandfather, David Rowlands, was the landlord at the Llanofer Arms (usually now spelt the English way, 'Llanover' Arms), Pontypridd, in the Rhondda, about a hundred years ago. Does anyone have any knowledge of this establishment, especially relating to that period?
