Hi Jane, I have just come across your posting and was wondering whether you had received any feedback as I too have been searching for the same information as my Grandparents also supposedly were tenants/landlords of the Three Pilchards. The era I am looking for is c1915 - 20.
The records office in Truro told me that the brewery's only started keeping records of landlords from around 1920 - typical, just my luck.
If you are searching for earlier then you could try the Polperro Family History Society although they couldn't help me, try them at www.heritagepress.polperro.org
