Hi,queens hotel markham road, a new pub approved 1912 on the condition of the surrender of the liciences of the three tuns and the dog and gun.
was designed by WH Wagstaff and cost £3000-£4000 to build,it oppened on 6th january 1913 as the three tuns inn, the name was changed to queens park hotel in february 1915, this information was taken from a book called Chesterfield pubs by john hurst, hope this is of use to you, cheers Andy
