Lancaster Arms, Pandy

I have just found out that my 4 x great grand father was responsible for building the Lancaster Arms which is near the Old Pandy Inn, Pandy Abergavenny, his name was Benjamin TEAGUE. Does anyone kbow anything about the pub or Benjamin TEAGUE.
