My father's mother was born in the Cob Tree pub in 1890. The family name was Gibson - her name was Ellen Elizabeth. I have pictures taken outside the pub around 1903 - and later pictures in and around 1988 and again in 1994.
Anyone willing to share more of the history with me - are any publications available?
I understand that the building in now a day care center - can anyone confirm this?
