Was Henry Wagstaff ever licensee of either of them or is there any evidence he was the freeholder or leaseholder of either of them? Were they beerhouses or fully licensed? Did either of the pubs or The Telegraph Inn brew their own beer. Are there any records of the beer?

I wonder if anyone knows anything about the two Albert Inns or Vaults in Derby. One was on Albert Street and the other on Whitecross Street. I am interested in the the 1860s to 1880s and a possible connection to a man called Henry Wagstaff who was licensee of the Telegraph Inn Morledge Derby in 1871.
