New Buses

Does anyone think it would be good if Ulsterbus would try and design a New bus with a semi Automatic gerabox like a Tiger/Leopard. Bring back the the feeling of driving a real bus. Also why does Translink only have Drive,Neutral and Reverse only in all new buses while every other operator has a lot more gears to choose from?
