It gives good off load power which is handy for lights at night and heaters during winter. An easy mod to do if you have all the bits. I had to strip 3 tigers to get all the necessary bits. But well worth it. 2446 has received reliability mods to both battery, fuel, headlight and fog light systems, well worth it. I know it goes against the 'restoration' ethos to a degree but I don't want to be the one sat at the side of the road broken down! Lol
