Question: How long does it take to paint a bus?

I saw Scania 714 on Wednesday afternoon in full Ulsterbus livery with Metro stickers in the windscreen. I travelled on the same bus yesterday morning in full Metro colours. Is it possible to repaint a bus in that short space of time? Who does the repaints?
