Very simple answer. Because I have twenty acres here and nothing in your neck of the woods. Also you need to be at the depot every day all day and I could not do that if my business and depot were far apart.
As regards accessibility we are in the capital of the republic, Cork, which has daily air service from Belfast and trains every hour. We meet and collect - generally with a Tiger - you at the airport or station and drop you back. We think to is you who are isolated!
And much more to the point down here visitors can drive the Tigers on the road - assuming they can drive in the first place, of course! No other museum makes that offer and it certainly is impossible in the North under your laws. So do come and visit us. We welcome you.
