If the staff are unhappy with the uniforms (and I am not sure whether you are staff), let the union reps do their jobs and complain - if the uniforms are unsuitable, then they should complain on Health & Safety grounds. However, if this is purely the opinion of an "outsider" (so to speak), what grounds do you have for disliking them - style? appearance? Or are you the "Gok Wan" of the Northern Ireland bus scene?
Can you also qualify your remark "shit buses"? On what grounds are they perceived as being "shit"? Poor performance? uncomfortable for drivers and passengers? unattratctive to the eye? I am sure if your concerns are realistic then management should be aware of the problems. Sadly there is no "magic wand" cure - once committed to vehicles, they have to be utilised until they can be disposed of.
Oh and by the way, before you start haranguing me, I have a 34 year career in the bus industry at a management and board room level.
