.....he called to wish me a Merry Christmas....and then mentioned that Mr. Brown died....I hadn't heard. He said he was calling Bootsy next to talk to him. Wow.....what a rollercoaser day. The Christmas travel....my Eagles spanking that Dallas Cowboys booty....and then to hear that such a pioneering musical legend as James Brown died. I don't what to say. Happy, but TERRIBLY sad...and it makes me think about what the hell are we going to do when GC goes? I can't wait to see him next week in DC. I'm just gonna hug him, and thank him for ALL he's done for me personally through his vision.
