I was gonna title a tribute song on my upcomming musical debut called James Clown.He was one of my biggest influences of course. One listen to COLD SWEAT when I was a Kid Funkaddelic change my world and others too. In 1974 when I first joined Parliafunkadelicment Thang George Clinton promised me my first record cover project.At the time I was The artist formerly known as Ronald "P" Edwards. My father recieved a call while I was at school that a guy named George Clinton called from California I lived in Chocolate City ,Washington DC..He wanted me to design an album cover... The album cover was for Fred Wesley and The Horny Horns featuring Maceo Parker! My father didn't really know about Funkadelic but he surely knew about James Brown! He was so proud of me and I was proud to to do a cover for the JB'S guy and MACEO! not to mention that it was also co-produced by BOOTSY COLLINS the bass player for James Brown Also Thanks GEORGE,THANKS BOOTSY,THANKS FRED,THANKS MACEO,THANKS KUSH(aint it funky now solo)THANKS RICK......
