Posted by melissa on 12/28/2006, 12:13 pm After a wild 10 year run, I have decided to end my One Nation Board Room. So many people seemed to be unhappy here and I have too many career responsibilities (not to mention rebuilding my New Orleans home) to have time to devote to it anymore. I have had a lot of fun, hope you have too, and thank everyone for coming to my house. But, just like the main One Nation P-Funk Page, this party has ended. Also like the main One Nation page, which remains online in memory of Roger Troutman, the remaining posts and this Board will remain online in memory of our Soul Brother #1 James Brown. When I started the One Nation page about 10 years ago, and the Board Room shortly after that, I wanted to give a living voice to P-Funk fans who not only appreciated the classic P-Funk, but were still excited about the P-Funk that was still around, still touring, still deserving of a funkateer presence. This site was meant to be interactive, fun, interesting, different. I think I achieved that. I was also 21 years old. :-D Times have changed and so have I. I still love my P-Funk, though, and if you would like to see some of what keeps me so busy these days, visit me at myspace.com/djsoulsis. Again, thank you for being a part of my fun little project. It meant a lot to me and many others too. I love you. Well, as James once said, "There it is!" My One Nation Board Room has left the building, and so have I. Much love, p.s.

Friends,
melissa
Another room has been started, albeit with the same name, at onenationboardroom.com by the guy who would have been your new co-admin, Loc. Treat him nice, y'hear.
