: I am a full time OT in a small private school
: in NJ. I wanted to ask if anyone , who works
: in NJ can tell me what are the specific
: documentation requirements that they have
: experienced. My supervisor, an educator and
: not an OT, wants me to do OT lesson plans and
: hand them in every week.
: They also don't recognise the fact that any
: contact on behalf of the child is part of the
: tx time. For ex: consult with teacher,
: parent, IEP meetings. Does anyone know what
: are the specific requirements for OT under
: the "No child left behind act",
: especially in NJ.
:
Lesson plans are my biggest fear but I hear you. I agree that OT's do NOT do lesson plans and that any contact= tx time. Did anyone respond to your message w/any specific requirements relating to these matters?
