I am currently in the technology field (sales)but have always had a strong interest in PT/OT since college, which is beneficial since I fulfilled most of the OT prerequisites during my undergrad. I am seriously considering going back to school for my masters in PT or OT at this point in my life. Any suggestions or opinions on which field has more potential, reward, etc? Ex: I have seen some feedback on this site that medicare and medicaid dictate much of the referrals and OT often loses out to PT. Is this a growing concern for the future of OT? I am very interested in feedback from individuals from all stages, current student to experienced professionals.
