Couple expecting a baby looking to rent out a room, we are in the Roseville area off of Blue Oaks BLVD and Woodcreek Oaks BLVD close to HWY 65 and I – 80. The room that we have becoming open on April 1st has a walk in closet, own bathroom and the room is the size of a Master Bedroom. The room is a 12' X 12' the closet is 6' X 5' and the bathroom is 6' X 10'. There are full privileges to the house in the main living room we do have Direct TV and can add it on to the bedroom for extra cost in monthly rent. There is a washer and dryer, kitchen, dining room and DSL access.
We would prefer a Gay or Lesbian roommate, or someone that wouldn’t mind all of the above. We do have a small dog (Chihuahua) *Very Friendly* in the home and can’t have any more we would need someone that does not have any other four legged pets.
The condo that we live in has a pool, spa and a workout room you will have your own parking space at the complex.
