Hey all,
I'm Transgendered (Currently transitioning incrementally) and moving to Sacramento. I can buy a home for less than it costs to rent the same. My limit is a paltry 100 grand due to child support and spousal support obligations.

I want to be as close to Midtown as possible and still live in a safe neighborhood. This is limiting me to the north Oak Park area of Sac & the rosemont areas.
