If you are a former cheerleader or have always wanted to be one, this is the squad for you. Sacramento Spirit is a non-profit volunteer adult dance and stunting squad. We are dedicated to helping the needs of our community through our performances and assisting other non-profit organization in fundraising. We consist of adult males and females between the ages of 18 and 50 who come from various backgrounds and lifestyles, but share a common love of community and spirit We are starting off the new season with new members and a new owner.
