Looking for room or apt

Hi! I'm Mark and just recently moved to Sacramento. I have a perfect rental history plus references...but every apartment I have looked at wants "Good" credit, and that I do not have. I also have a sweet, well-behaved, 9 year old Springer Spaniel (Try finding an apt with that!)
Had no idea I would have this difficulty finding a place here. I am a great tenant!
SO, if anybody has a room to rent or knows of an apartment complex or living situation for me and Jesse, please write! Otherwise, we will have to pack everything up again and head back to cold, rainy Portland (Where they only care about your rental history and good background...not your stupid credit report - WHAT IS THAT ABOUT??).
