I NEED YOUR HELP! I am having a hard time finding a reliable roommate to rent 2 rooms in my apartment avail. 1/1/05. My roommate is leaving on short notice for financial reasons and although I have placed ads in the bee not many reliable applicants have come through. 2 rooms for rent in a 3 bed 1 bath downtown victorian apt. BOTH rooms for $500. Deposit is $750, can be split into two payments if needed! Full house privileges. I am a friendly, sociable professional 24 y.o. lesbian.
