Dr. Nick Warner will discuss the passages in the Old and New Testaments, often called "the Clobber Passages," that the religious right has used to beat up gays and lesbians. Two Workshop Presenters: Susan Watson and Dr. Nick Warner Susan Watson will be sharing ideas for facilitating a local group that is enriching for all group members. Dr. Nick Warner will conduct a workshop on a "study of joy, hope and depression based on the book of Philippians." Evangelicals Concerned (EC) was founded by Dr. Ralph Blair, a New York City psychotherapist, who saw the need for “a fellowship and task force for GLBT Christians and their friends” and to “establish programs in response to local needs and the desires of the local leadership.”
