The newest place to get information about the Terminal Building is a site called Metro 417. This is the site that deals with leasing apartments in the building and also has a rich history of the Terminal and the Subway. Apparently they have finished the reconstruction of the building and the apartments are ready for leasing. An efficenty studio goes for around $1600 all the way up to the 12th floor Penthouse which go for around $5000. Pretty pricey place to live. I have not been able to find out what has been done with the old terminal area or the basement yet. If anyone out there has any more info I would appreciate knowing.
