I would suggest you obtain a copy of Spencer Crump's book "Ride the Big Red Cars." He includes not only a map of the PE, but also an appendix listing where all the routes ran. Your local public library should have a copy of this book, or could obtain one from another branch. I once used this book to trace out the PE lines in an LA County Thomas Bros. map. Good luck, and let me know how it goes.
